History

       Joe Fischer is a third generation builder/remodeler whose grandfather began building residential and commercial buildings in the suburbs of Chicago.  He first moved to Hot Springs Village in 1979.  He has literally watched the Village "grow up" and stays in touch with the changing needs of homeowners as the years go by.
